This very large villa has 4 separate apartments - Ideal for 4 families who would like to share a holiday together. The villa sleeps up to 14 people in total - all apartments are available and will not be sub-let during your stay. It is possible to add further 2 single beds for familys of 16.
Apartment A & Apartment B are on the top level and together have 3 double bedrooms, 1 bunkbed room (sleeps2), 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and two lounges. Also on this level is a large BBQ area on the same level as the pool. Stunning views over the sea and town of Moraira give this villa a special ambience for a relaxing holiday.
The villa also enjoys very private and secluded terraces and the pool is a large 10m x 5m
Apartment C/D has large family kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms, large lounge and two additional sun rooms/lounges again with great sea views.
Apartment E - has one double bedroom, kitchen, lounge/diner and one bathroom - idea for a couple on their own.
There are lots of smaller terraces for private secluded sunbathing.
Each apartment has flat screen TV's showing mainly german shows - some english channels are available,. Free Wifi.
Air-conditioning/Heating - available in all bedrooms.
Each letting provides bed linen and towels. There is a large utility room with washing machine and dryer.
